What If?

What if Elena Gilbert never turned into a vampire, if she never died, if she and Matt never crashed off Wickery Bridge that night?
What if Damon compelled her to remember everything he'd compelled her to forget?
Or if she had an older biological brother or younger sister?
What if there was a prophecy about her, her brother, her sister and Sam Winchester, bringing all of them together?
What if Alaric never died, but his other side was just subdued?
... Well, that's all real.

The Prophecy.

Decades ago, a prophecy was written that there would be a time when the fallen archangel, Lucifer himself, would be subdued in his own territory and that someone else would take his place. Now, there is a new prophecy. Chuck Shurley - a prophet of God - has heard the prophecy himself. It says that there will one day be a battle between good and evil, and that the two sides will fight over something that could open the gates to hell and free Lucifer. No one knows who or what this thing is. Except God himself, and one angel.

Mystic Falls, Virginia.

In Mystic Falls, Virginia, is one girl; Elena Gilbert. Since her parents' deaths, she's found out her friend is a witch, her best friend turned into a vampire, she started dating one of the Salvatore brothers, only to fall in love with another. Among other, more terrible things. But what she doesnt know is that she is merely a piece to a very complicated puzzle that could either save the world or destroy it as we all know it. What she doesn't know is that God has sent her a divine source of protection in the form of the angel, Castiel, and that she will soon have the Winchesters to protect her as well along with even more allies then she has ever known before. Elena then will end things with Damon because she can not take hurting Stefan in the process. Choosing neither of the brothers will allow no one to get hurt. Later, Elena will even develop personal feelings for her guardian angel..

Sam Winchester.

Sam is the boy with demon blood running in his veins, but did anyone ever stop to think what this might mean? No one has ever truly discovered what his abilities could do if put in the right situation. Until now. Sam is just another piece of the puzzle, another piece of the prophecy that could either save or destroy everything in existance. Now, he must find the other two puzzle pieces. He and his brother are in Mystic Falls under the impression that Castiel - who they know is there - knows something. But they could never imagine before how right they were.

The Leviathans.

The big bad out there. The Leviathans are the ones who want to use Elena and Sam for their own purposes, to free Lucifer. But what do they really know about the prophecy? They think that Katherine is the last piece of the puzzle, but how could that be when her blood is no longer pure? So where is the last piece, and what if they can't find it? They already know about Sam and Elena, but who are the other two, or what is the last thing? They have no idea that there are two other pure blooded humans in the Petrova line, a mysterious hunter from California who knows about his sister and is on the hunt for her. And the daughter of Alaric Saltzman and Isobel Flemming that Alaric never knew about is on a journey to find her father. The question is, what will the Leviathans do when they find them? We must prevent Lucifer from escaping the cage...or are you rooting for him to get out?

The site takes place at the end of season seven in Supernatural, and at the start of season four of Vampire Diaries, except for the fact that Elena is still alive and human and Alaric is alive. A massive resurrection spell will be taking place site wide to bring back some of the people who died in the shows before.
