Victoria had procrastinated for a while now. She and her sire had talked about it endlessly, and the same situations had been played out a million times. What would happen if she didnt come out of her proverbial closet, what would happen if she didnt speak the truth. What would happen if she did... In the end, the outcome was pretty much the same and though she wanted to avoid conflict, she couldnt. So, she'd decided to start by talking to Stefan. As one of her half brothers, Stefan was the one with the better temper. Damon probably would have flipped out on her, where there was a good chance that she could at least catch Stefan on a good day and he'd just sit there, shocked as ever.
Tori had always sort of planned to come out and just talk to the brothers, but how could she, right? It was hard as it was trying to figure out how to go about it. She couldnt just walk over to one of them in the middle of the street one day and be like "hey, so I'm you're half sister, your father had an affair with my mother and thats that". It would be a huge disaster. So, she'd introduced herself to Stefan one day and then asked him to meet her at the falls the next. Not exactly the best way she'd like to go about it. She would have much rather liked to get to know him first, but this might have been better. At least this way they could stay on an already empty slate.
Standing on the walkway that went right next to the falls, she leaned against the railing and watched the water fall, listening to all of her surroundings like she would any other place. Just because this place was generally secluded and she was meeting someone she was related to didnt mean there wasnt a chance for someone to try and kill her after all. Hunters were everywhere and werewolves were too. Besides, if an unsuspecting human came along, she'd be okay turning him into a happy meal with legs. No marks to her conscience.
Sighing, she tapped her foot impatiently. God, she wished her sire were there. At least then she wouldnt be so impatient. He'd be able to take her mind off it. Now, she just couldnt wait for Stefan to get to the Falls so they could talk. If he didnt show soon, her thoughts alone would probably drive her nuts. With one last look at the falls, she pushed off the railing and headed to the other side, sitting down so her legs dangled over the edge and she could look down at the water below.
